Yes, in some exceptional cases^ such as vulnerable members, we may allow you to open an account without a photographic identity documentation or through alternative identity verification. In such circumstances, we will discuss with you what alternative identification requirements we will accept to establish your identity such as two or more of non-photographic identifying documents.
