If you notice fraudulent activity on your Visa Debit / Credit card, call us immediately on 1300 000 775.
Depending on the type of transaction, you may be asked to complete an Electronic Transaction / Card Query form.
We also recommend you:
- Update your digital banking password / passcode
- Update your card PIN via digital banking.
